Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see my reminders in Dew?

Dew needs permission to access your Reminders. If you declined the initial prompt, you can re-enable it in Settings → Dew → Reminders. Dew only shows tasks that are due today, so reminders without a due date or with a future date won't appear.

Does Dew sync across devices?

Dew uses Apple Reminders as its data source, so your tasks will be in sync on any device where you're signed into the same iCloud account and have Reminders enabled.

Does Dew work offline?

Yes. Everything in Dew happens on your device. You don't need an internet connection to view or manage your tasks.

Can I use Dew without Apple Reminders?

Dew is built on top of Apple Reminders, so it does require Reminders access to function. This also means any changes you make in Dew are reflected in the Reminders app and vice versa.
